Spruce Integration FAQ

  • You’ll need your Commusoft Client ID and API key from Commusoft. Reach out to support@commusoft.com, or check your email for these details.

  • Yes, setting up the Spruce integration in Commusoft is now a self-managed process. To set-up the integration yourself, explore our Help Centre page.

    However, if you have any questions or issues, you can but you can get in touch with our team directly who will be able to assist.

    Simply email support@commusoft.com and the team will respond to help you out.

  • Once an Enquiry is completed using Spruce, an Opportunity (along with a Customer Profile) will be created in Commusoft. Opportunities will inclide the customer’s first name, last name, email, phone number, address lines, and be tagged as “Spruce”.

  • At this stage of the integration, Commusoft users will be able to access enquiry notes via a URL link, sent from Spruce. This link will direct them to a dashboard for that job’s estimate, in Spruce.
